We want you to love your candle. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
If your candle arrives damaged, or has a defect such as a wick problem or a poor burn, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.
Because candles are scent products, we accept returns of unused, unburned candles in original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns, and we refund the product price once the item arrives back to us in resalable condition.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit after we process it.
If you bought through our Etsy shop, please start your request through your Etsy order so the marketplace can track it. The same standards above apply.
