Our candles are hand-poured and often made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be poured, cured, labeled, and packed before it ships. During seasonal peaks this may run a little longer, and we will note it at checkout.
We ship within the United States via standard carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking by email when your order is on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. From time to time we may offer free shipping over a set order total, which will be shown when it applies.
Soy wax is sensitive to heat. In hot months, candles can soften or develop a slightly uneven top in transit. This is cosmetic and does not affect how the candle burns. If you are concerned, let the candle rest at room temperature and the surface will even out over the first burn.
We pack every candle carefully, but occasionally a package is damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with your carrier and neighbors first, then contact us.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
